Kevin Christie DC and Bobby Maybee DC will be joined by special guests Josh Satterlee DC and Aaron Jorgenson DC for a weekend of practice and personal growth. And of course it's a summer retreat, so we are gong to have a good time!
1. "Optimize, Automate, Outsource" - Dr. Christie
- Developing your team, how to build a team around you if you don't have one, and how to automate your practice even if you practice alone.
2. Specific breakouts that focus on your level of practice.
- "Newbie", "Experienced", and "Masters" level breakouts to focus on the specific challenges of each phase of your career. You will be matched in groups with similar experiences and challenges and your groups will be facilitated by Drs. Christie, Maybee, Satterlee and Jorgenson.
- Once in your groups, we will workshop as teams the specific challenges that meet our practices together, and come up with solid game plans to attack these challenges for the year ahead.
